Bellona A wide, flat, lonely land. No one rules here, all are equal. Anything goes. This land is very still and seemingly empty, only a few trees are scattered over the rocky terrain, a shallow dark river flows through this land, cutting it in half, on one side lurks those to whom no land claims, and the other who are still loveless. |

Thieving This is where males can attempt to steal females from other herds. You can post the steal attempt in a riddle such as “I attempt to steal the fox from the lion”, this horse would be trying to steal a female called Vixen (female fox) from Simba (Lion from the Lion king) and the one being stolen off must block the steal in 3 days (NZ time). |

Bellezza This is the land of Eternal bliss, knee deep emerald grass ripples in the soft breeze, trees whisper quietly to each other while the small creek gurgles over its rocky bed. Bellezza is the largest of all the lands, stretching further than the eye can see. |

Montemurato This is a quiet and serine land, the streams and waterfalls here are always crystal clear. The grass is mostly strangled by the clumps of ferns and wildflowers, but is nonetheless very rich and tasty. |

Volana This is a mysterious and deadly land. Fog always chokes the air and the large lake is said to play host to strange beasts that drag horses to their drowning fates. The turf here is like moist velvet and gets ripped up very easily by drumming hooves |

Fortezza Forever trapped in an icy state, nothing ever seems to happen here, where spring should come and melt the winter snow, it just brings more icy sleet. The water is usually frozen and the grass covered by snow drifts, but if one knows where to search, water and food is not such a chore to find. |

The Orchard Once a lovely place filled with well kept apples groves and grape vines, the orchard has become over grown and misused, but if you look hard enough you will find the occasional apple or cluster of grapes |

Upper fields This is a good place for socialising, the rock fences have large gaps and are great fun to jump, while the grass is long and lush. Forcebreeding is common here. |

Padavia This land was the epicentre of many ancient human witch burnings, a gnarled, black oak tree stands alone in this foggy land, its mighty branches no longer covered with green leaves. The terrain of Padavia, although moist has little to eat, and any soul here must look hard to find the nourishment they need. Those who live here grow small but strong, they know how to survive times of famine, as they are permanently in one. |

Moresco This land shares borders with Padavia, and is quite similar in structure but about half the size. Many bones lay here, left to fade away after a flash flood stranded a herd of mares and foals, their spirits are still rumoured to haunt the small collection of trees that stand along the eastern borders. |

Remora This is the smallest of all the abodes and the only one bordering ocean. Rough seas lap high around the northern point of this land which is only accessible by a narrow dangerous path. There is rank, salty grazing at the top of the cliff and down at the waters edge seaweed is plentiful. Lining the cliff walls are shallow caves that can provide shelter from the hard hitting winds. |
